What is your delivery charge?
We offer FREE deliver on all our home hire beds in our normal delivery areas

Do you supply goggles, creams etc?
Yes, eye protection is supplied FREE of charge , and will be delivered with your sunbed. Tanning accelerators can be purchased before hand by selecting your choice from our product shop and our drivers will deliver it with your sunbed . Alternatively, our drivers will have a small selection of creams on the van available for purchasing on the day.

What are your opening hours?
Our phone lines are open 7 days a week between 7.30am and 9pm. Our showroom is by appointment only.

How can I pay for home hire?
You can pay cash or chque on delivery, or credit/debit card over the phone. If you wish to make a payment by card please call 01335 342757.

How long should I spend on the sunbed at home?
Full tanning instructions and maximum tanning times will be supplied with your sunbed when delivered. Each sunbed is different, depending on the type of tubes fitted. It also depends on your skin type. If any any doubt, please call us or ask the driver on delivery. If you have any queries at all when tanning on our sunbeds, please contact us.

What time of the day will my sunbed be delivered?
Our drivers start at 7am (Monday to Friday) and are out delivering most of the day. If you require an approximate time please ring our office on 01335 342757 24 hours prior to delivery. We cannot gaurantee an exact time, but we will be able to give you a time slot.

You will need a floor area of approx 1 square metre for our domestic units for the home

I run a salon, and would like a supply of tanning accessories. Can I visit your showroom, or could you post them?
You can visit our showroom by appointment, where we stock our full range of products. If you cannot get to our premises, then you can order by email or over the phone, and will we despatch all goods out to you once paid, by DHL courier.
